Delivery and return
1. Preparation
Any order placed on the Site from Monday to Friday before 12 noon will be processed the same day, but the customer must take into account the time taken to prepare the order within a maximum period of five (5) working days; after 12 noon, it will be processed the following day.
Any order placed on Friday after 12 noon, on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following Monday; it being specified that orders placed on a public holiday will be processed the following working day.

Delivery to a Parcel Relay Point
Free with purchases of €50 or more; €5 for purchases below this amount.
Home delivery
Free for purchases over €300; €10 below this amount.

Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Austria, Denmark, Spain, Finland, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Portugal, Sweden
Free for purchases over €300; €20 for purchases under this amount. Delivery within 2 to 4 days from shipment.

3. Return
3.1 Returns information
📅 - Right of withdrawal
In accordance with the legal provisions in force, the Customer has a period of fourteen (14) days from the receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason or incur penalties, with the exception of return costs if applicable.
📦 - Status of returned products
- Returned products must be intact, complete, unworn, undamaged, and accompanied by all their accessories, tags, and original dust bag.
- 👉 Each product has an attached security tag stating "no returns if tag removed". Any return will be refused if this security tag has been removed, cut, or altered, even if the product shows no signs of use.
- Furthermore, if the gift wrapping option was selected during the order, and if it has been used, opened, or damaged, the corresponding fee of €2.50 will be deducted from the refund.
- Any product returned incomplete, damaged, showing signs of use, with the security tag removed, or accompanied by damaged gift wrapping will not be accepted under the conditions stated above.
🚚 - Return shipping costs
🇫🇷 Metropolitan France
- Returns are free outside of commercial campaign periods.
- For any order placed during a commercial campaign (sales, temporary promotions, special offers, private sales, archive collections, etc.), a return fee of €5 will be applied.
🌍 Outside Metropolitan France
- Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the Customer, regardless of the period.
🏷️ - Sales promotions and discounted products
- Commercial operations are defined as all operations resulting in a price reduction, including:
- sales,
- one-off promotions,
- special offers,
- private sales,
- promotional codes,
or any other similar operation.
- ✉️ Exception – newsletter subscription
Discounts granted in connection with newsletter subscriptions do not constitute a commercial operation within the meaning of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
As such, orders exclusively benefiting from this advantage remain eligible for free returns in metropolitan France.
- 💶 Fees applicable during commercial operations
During a commercial operation, and only for orders delivered in metropolitan France, a flat return fee of five euros (5 €) will be applied.
These fees will be deducted from the refunded amount after validation of the return.
- 🌍 For any order shipped outside metropolitan France, return costs remain the sole responsibility of the Customer, including for products on promotion or subject to a commercial operation.
3.2 Your Step-by-Step Return
1. I log into my account on WWW.POEMEPARIS.FR
- I'll send an email to customer service at the following address: serviceclient@poemeparis.fr
- A response will be provided within 72 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).
2. I am waiting for return request confirmation
- I receive the return request confirmation by email
- I fill out and print the return form
3. I repackage the items and ship my return
- I ensure that the products are returned in their original condition: intact, unworn, with their tags, any accessories, and their cotton dust bag. (Items can be returned in their original packaging.)
- I include the duly completed return form. 👉 No returns will be accepted without this form.
- I frank the parcel and drop it off at the post office, using Colissimo with signature on delivery.
- I send the parcel to the following address:

4. I am waiting for the refund
- Upon receipt and verification of your return, we will process the refund to the payment method used at the time of purchase (credit card).
- The refund covers the amount of the returned items, excluding delivery charges and, where applicable, return charges.
- ⏳ The refund will be processed within a maximum of 30 days after receipt of your package.
4. Reimbursement
Your refund will be made to the payment method used for the purchase (credit card). PÖ&ME will refund the Customer the amount including tax of the order (product price) excluding delivery costs and return costs. This will take place no later than 30 days after receipt of the package.
